Hey guys, we’re thrilled to now let anyone join the beta of Poker Analytics 6 on iOS.
Please carefully read the following if you’re interested in participating.
If you’re an existing Poker Analytics user, start by making right now an XML backup of your current data (go in More > Settings > Export > XML) and store the file somewhere of your liking.
Please note that all data entered in this version will be kept when the official version will come out.
It’s a beta version so there might be bugs we still haven’t identified, so please share them with us if you see some, it’s the reason why we’re doing this beta test. If you’re not comfortable with bug encounters, please wait for the official release.
Now to the most interesting part, here are the main new features of version 6:
Log your casino sessions, bets and investments and get all the usual reporting you love!
Custom data sets: Quickly access your favorite data sets across all reports
Custom field statistics: Custom fields can have sums and averages if you want to
Transaction filters: Check your results with and without specific transaction types
Players: Easily select, sort by position and add notes to players inside your sessions
Flexible blinds: Put whatever you want as blinds, such as 1/2/5 with 0.2 antes
There is more but we will describe all the details in the future release note.
We’re of course very interested with your input of all the new features, so please give us some feedback when you’ll have the chance, directly using Testflight – the app you’re gonna need to download the beta – by mail or on our social platforms.
Unfortunately we could not do day 53 recap yesterday so let’s recap those two huge days at once!

Event #82: Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’em
The biggest buy-in event went to Adrian Mateos who scored a huge $3,2M and his fourth bracelet! All of his bracelets have been won in No-Limit and Mateos’s previous ones were won between 2013 and 2017. This is the biggest score ever for the player, who’s now in 22nd place in the all time money list with $25M.
Event #83: The Closer – No-Limit Hold’em
Another win for team Winamax and for Spain as Leo Margets took down the $1,500 event for $376,850. It’s the first win for a women in an open event in this 2021 edition of the world series. The pro has now totaled $1,6M in live earnings.
“I hope there is one day when there isn’t such an issue,” Margets said about the number of women in poker. “It shouldn’t be an issue. If you like it, go ahead, even if you’re a man, a woman or a monkey!”.
Event #84: HIGH ROLLER Pot-Limit Omaha
Jeremy Ausmus of Las Vegas won his third bracelet, the second this year, and the big prize of $1,188,918. Ausmus previously won the $1,000 event #3 and a $1,500 Omaha event in 2013’s WSOP Europe. In the final table, he denied Phil Hellmuth (2nd, $734k) and Daniel Negreanu (3rd, $591k) a chance to write a little more of history.
“It was fun playing with those guys,” Ausmus said. “Like the old-school, iconic guys. I used to watch them on TV, you know, 15 years ago, 17 years ago, before I moved to Vegas and things like that. So it’s cool.”
“I mean, I’ve played with them a lot. A fair amount over the years. I play a fair amount of PLO, so I felt like I liked my spot, you know. Not saying they’re not great players or anything. And they have a lot of tournament experience and they’ve been here a million times.”
Event #85: HIGH ROLLER No-Limit Hold’em
The other $50k High Roller also came to an end as Mikita Badziakouski claimed his first bracelet along with the $1,4M prize. The 113-entry was of course star-studded, and as it started a day after the $50k, it gave the chance to Daniel Negreanu to make another 3rd place for $661k!
By taking the tournament, Mikita Badziakouski should take Steve O’Dwyer’s 12th place in the all time money list with more than $30M, getting closer and closer to Phil Ivey’s 11th spot.
Not particularly thrilled by the bracelet, Badziakouski declared: “Honestly, the bracelet is not as important for me as it is for many other players, I will just say it feels great to win a high roller. I’ve played many final tables. You just try to perform your best — there’s no special or unique ideas. You just do what you’ve learned before and that’s it.”

Event #78: Razz Championship
A fourth one for Benny Glaser in this $10k Razz Championship, now ranking at the 45th place in the bracelet rankings! Glaser came really close from winning two other bracelets a few weeks ago as he finished 2nd in the $25k event #2 H.O.R.S.E. and 3rd in the $10k No Limit 2-7 Lowball Championship, so the win is kind of a relief.
“I was disappointed with the second and third,” Glaser said. “I was a big chip leader in both of those and it seemed like the win was in sight for both, which made it kind of more disappointing. Makes this win more enjoyable after tasting that recent disappointment.”
Event #79: Poker Hall of Fame Bounty No-Limit Hold’em (freezeout)
It only took two hours of play at 6 left for Ole Schemion to put his hands on his first WSOP bracelet and the winner prize of $172,499. Schemion defeated Benjamin Underwood in the heads-up and notably Jerry Wong, a 2016 November niner. Schemion is now 43rd in the all time live earnings with $16.5M.
“It’s not too often in live tournaments that you come in first place,” said Schemion. “It’s what we all try to do but it feels very good to run through a good field and win one.”
“It has been very difficult to play any live poker with things how they are”, he added about not playing for a while. “I was really craving it and it just feels great to come out here to play, now it feels even better now that I have won something.”
Event #80: 6-Handed Pot-Limit Omaha
Robert Cowen from Wales just won the $3,000 event by defeating Robert Emmerson heads-up. The event attracted 496 entries, generating a decent $280,916 top prize for the winner. A few days ago, Cowen just finished 39th for $163k and his best live performance in the Main Event, but just topped this huge performance with a win.
“It’s not quite sunk in yet. It’s a big load off. I have been wanting one of these (WSOP Bracelet) for 15 years after watching the main and stuff on ESPN”, declared Cowen in the post win interview.
Event #81: No-Limit Hold’em Deepstack
Jason Wheeler won his first bracelet by beating a 1,921 entries field in the $800 tournament. Wheeler now has $4,1M in live earnings, his best performance being a second place for $671k in a $5k PokerStars Main Event in 2017.
“My first time I got heads-up for a bracelet was in 2009 and at the time I didn’t truly appreciate what it was at the time because it was my first series you know. It was so long ago, it takes so long to be back heads-up for a Bracelet. I played almost every event that was on the series. I have been working hard and it feels good to be validated and play well”
Event #82: Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’em
Five now remain in the huge tournament as the bubble just popped, leaving all players with a minimum prize of $632k. Adrian Mateos will return today with the chip lead and approximately half of the chips (25,5M). Keith Tilston is second (8,9M), followed by Ben Heath (6,5M), Seth Davies (4,5M) and John Kincaid (3,9M). The winner will take home a lovely $3,2M prize.

109 took the starting line of the $10k championship. The final heads-up went deep into the night but did not conclude as Everett Carlton battled hard to stay alive. Benny Glaser has the lead with nearly 4M against the 2,5M of Carlton and will try to grab a fourth bracelet and the top $274k prize.

The $1,979 event #79: Poker Hall of Fame Bounty No-Limit Hold’em, registered 468 entries. Ole Schemion has a commending lead with nearly half the remaining chips at 6 left. Schemion curiously has no live cash at the WSOP despite his $16M in live earnings.
24 players remain in the $3,000 event #80: 6-Handed Pot-Limit Omaha, lead by Robert Cowen. Some well known pros will return today, notably Chino Rheem (7th) and Mike Matusow (13th). $280,916 will be awarded to the winner.
The biggest buy-in of the series has started in the $250,000 event #82: Super High Roller No-Limit Hold’em, and who else but Michael Addamo could be the chip leader at the end of day 1? Ali Imsirovic is a close second, followed by Ben Heath and Adrian Mateos, and many more known names complete the 15 players still having their chance. Follow the link for the official chip counts.

Event #67: MAIN EVENT No-Limit Hold’em World Championship
Koray Aldemir is, without much surprise on paper, our 2021 Main Event champion! That said, he had to battle against hard George Holmes (2nd, $4,3M) who even took the chip lead at some point during the heads-up and played brilliantly all day. Jack Oliver from England took the 3rd place for $3M.
“I was pretty stressed to be honest,” Aldemir said about losing the chip lead. “After 10 days of poker, especially the last five or six days were all super stressful. Not a lot of sleep, like five hours a day. All those people watching me play. It’s not easy. Respect to all the other players too who all played great. Crazy experience.”
Koray Aldemir won his first bracelet and now sits in 67th place in the all time money list with $20M, passing fellow German players of the likes of Dominik Nitsche and Ole Schemion.
Event #75: Freezeout No-Limit Holdem
In the $1,500 event #75, Chad Himmelspach won his first first bracelet and a lovely $270,877 prize generated by 1,191 players. He ended up taking the win after a roller-coaster three hours heads-up battle against Germany’s Stefan Reiser.
“It was a really back and forth heads-up match, but, you know, we came through and had to stick it out. It’s just a mindset,” he said. “You’re never really out of it. You always have a chance, you know. A chip and a chair. And you’ve just got to battle. It’s a battle, you’ve got to battle it out and you can’t give up.”
Event #77: FIFTY STACK No-Limit Hold’em
Paulo Joanello topped a field of 1,501 players to grab his first WSOP gold bracelet in the $1,500 event and earn $321,917. Joanello best live cash until then was $3,676 in Event #75 this year, so the win is quite the big deal for the player.
“Today, I ran good. It feels awesome”, Joanello declared after his victory. It’s a dream, a dream come true. I have no voice left because I was yelling, but it’s a dream for all of us.”
