“That’s long enough!”; it might have been something Nick Schulman told himself before this final table. Seven years was long enough before getting his 3rd WSOP bracelet, even with some nice cashes along the way. Nick beat quite a heavy three-way composed of Brian Hastings in 2nd place, Joe Hachem in 3rd.
Our second winner of the day is Nicholas “Illari” Baris, beating a field of 1,750 players in the Event #68: $1,000 WSOP.com ONLINE No-Limit Hold’em Championship. With $303,738.75 of prize money for the 1st place, he signs his best result and first bracelet. The final table was stacked with known players, David “YoungPitts” Baker (4th), Chris “Camdi” Ferguson (7th) and Tara “bertperton” Cain (2nd). The final heads-up was against Tara who had 70% of the chips at that time.
About the ongoing events before wrapping up, the Event #64: $888 Crazy Eights No-Limit Hold’em is down to 91 players left at the end of its second day.
The 6 last players will come back today for Event #66: $1,500 Limit Hold’em., including Chris Ferguson who was playing the Event #68 on his iPad!
